THEHAX Replay operates replay.thehax.pl, its API and the THEHAX Replay Discord bot. Privacy questions and data deletion requests can be sent to thehax.contactus@gmail.com.
The bot checks message attachments only to find and upload .hbr2 files.
It does not inspect or store message text and does not request presence or guild member data.
Data is used to operate accounts, link Discord users, upload and display replays, enforce upload limits, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. It may be processed by Discord and providers used for hosting, databases, email and service security, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Replays uploaded through the Discord bot are public by default. Their pages and download links can be accessed and shared by other people. Uploaded files may contain player names, chat and gameplay information.
Account data, replay files and logs are retained while needed to operate and secure the service. Data is deleted when required by law or Discord's terms. To request deletion of your account, Discord data or a replay, email thehax.contactus@gmail.com and include the relevant account or replay URL. We may verify that you are authorized to make the request.
The website uses essential cookies for sessions, authentication, the "remember me" option and security. Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage. These technologies are not used for advertising or analytics.
